It’s (not) better to burn out…
I originally wrote this last night before I went to bed just in case I didn’t have a chance to write one today, the TL:DR is that it’s not been a good weekend due to sleep deprivation, headaches, earaches, and mental gremlins.
I still want to talk more about things like burnout and issues surrounding that but I think it’s been a little dark on here (pun not intended) and there does need to be more light… that’s kinda the point of photography is capturing the zarking thing.
That being said it’s been a somewhat productive day, at least when I wasn’t talking with others about photo work and organising exhibition stuff, in that I’ve reprinted some things to (hopefully) get a better handle on my cyanotype processing and I’ve got a larger negative ready for my exhibition work. I’ve got a couple of weeks to get this whole project sorted out but the sooner I can get it done the better, especially as the work will soon start piling up.
Still feeling wiped out so here’s a photo of my cat sleeping on me last night.
